Remove the bolts from the thermostat housing. Pull the housing loose and remove the old thermostat. Scrape the housing and engine gasket surfaces clean. Insert the new thermostat. Install a new gasket and bolt the housing back on. To find the housing trace the upper radiator hose back to where it attaches to the engine. The hose attaches to the thermostat housing. Look at which way the old thermostat is pointing, there is a front and back. Install the new one the same way. If unsure, there should be an arrow that points to the radiator.
