Remove the necessary coolant from the radiator.
emove the alternator.
oosen the outlet hose clamp at the thermostat housing (1). Remove the outlet hose from the thermostat housing.
emove the thermostat housing bolts.
emove the thermostat housing from the engine block.
lean all of the surfaces of the thermostat housing.
lean the sealing surface of the engine block.
Installation Procedure
nstall the thermostat housing to the engine block.
nstall the thermostat housing bolts.
Tighten the bolts to 10 N路m (89 lb in).
ubricate the inner diameter of the radiator hose with engine coolant.
nstall the outlet hose to the thermostat housing (1). Secure the hose with the clamp.
nstall the alternator
ill the cooling system with specified coolant and concentration.
